As part of its internal development program, Future Trading (a subsidiary of Ayven Group) organized a training seminar for medical representatives working in the Nutricia division.

The session was led by Firuza Khasanova, an expert with over 16 years of international experience in corporate culture, HR branding, and internal communications.

During the training, participants:

🔹 practiced setting inspiring and realistic goals based on their own strengths;
🔹 learned practical tools for personal development in high-demand and changing environments;
🔹 discussed strategies for individual growth and enhancing key competencies within the company.
