Quarterly Awards for Delivery and Warehouse Staff

This year, for the second time, we launched the Quarterly Motivation system!
After 3 years of working with the KPI process, our team has fully adapted to the system and reached this new stage.

Our company has distributed awards in 3 categories for Q2:

1) For KAIZEN proposals and initiative:

  • Komil Toshkhodjaev (Central): Introduced electronic SROG entry, allowing warehouse staff to record incoming goods digitally and operators to access ready data. This significantly accelerated processes. Additionally, shelf arrangements (NIVEA, JDE) were optimized, creating 350 extra pallet spaces.
  • Bahromjon Kurganov (Fergana): Recognized for being the first to implement 5S tasks and introducing his own innovations.

2) Delivery staff with the highest KPI results:

  • Tashkent – 2 employees: KPI-1 (Target >100), KPI-2 (Target >100), KPI-3 (Target >95).
  • Branches – 2 employees: Karshi (1), Navoi (1). (KPI-3 ESF not applied.)

3) Warehouse staff with the highest KPI results:

  • Tashkent – 2 employees: KPI-1 (Target >100), KPI-2 (Stock accuracy >95), KPI-3 (Target >95).
  • Branches – 2 employees: Khorezm (1), Navoi (1).
