This year, our company has introduced a new Quarterly Motivation Program specifically for the Warehouse Team, aimed at encouraging performance and initiative based on KPI metrics.

After three years of fully implementing the KPI system, we held the first-ever quarterly award ceremony recognizing outstanding contributions in three categories:

1️⃣ For KAIZEN Ideas and Initiative:

• Shuhrat Abduvahobov (Central Office) – optimized the warehouse process, reducing task time from 5–6 hours to 2–3 hours.
• Ravshan ___ (Fergana) – one of the first to implement the 5S system and contributed valuable innovations.

2️⃣ Top-Performing Delivery Staff Based on KPI:

• 3 team members from Tashkent
• 1 team member each from Qarshi and Navoi branches

3️⃣ Top-Performing Warehouse Staff Based on KPI:

• 2 team members from Tashkent
• 1 team member each from Khorezm and Bukhara branches

Winners received cash bonuses and certificates of appreciation.

We believe this incentive program will further drive warehouse team motivation and operational excellence.
